This is the dish that made my grandmother famous, slow cooked overnight, melt off the fork tender. Cut off the brisket in big chunk, eat on rye bread with a slice of onion and good mustard, equally wonderful hot or cold. It’s a REAL corned beef sandwich from heaven.
